I ordered food over the phone to come and collect earlier today, as I always do with any food restaurant as i really hate waiting for food. I arrived after 20 minutes as instructed and they had not even started preparing my order. I know that these mistakes do happen sometimes but this is the second time this has happened to me in this branch. (In addition this branch never has 10 cent coins!)
