I called Terrace coffee shop on the 23/08/2013 to place an order for food, the person taking down the details couldnt get the spelling of my name correct, and proceeded to hang up on me.
I called back and asked to speak to the manager as the phone kept being put down on my ear.
Johnny told me he was the owner of the place, and that he decides which orders he wants from which customer, and told me to go and order elsewhere.
he couldn't get the spelling of my name, and that was too much effort for him, and he is happy to loose my business.
