Disappointing service

On the 15th August 2013 I went to Nandos and bought 2 quarter chickens, chips and rolls and a flame-grilled mielie. The mielie was not included on my package. When I got home I called the store to alert them. A lady by the name of Dikeledi Phelane, acknowledged that the store forgot to give me the mielie and asked if I will be able to come and collect it. we ended up agreeing that I will do that the next time when I was in the area. I went to Nandos on the 18th to buy and I mentioned my predicament to the lady who was assisting me. She called a manager by the name of Sipho who told me that he knows nothing about that. As a result he could not assist me. He did not even have the decency to ask his staff members if they knew anything. The insinuation that I got was that I was lying. It was not for the first that I was given an order that was incomplete.

I normally buy from that Nandos branch, I used to get value for my money but these days their service is compromised. For instance on both occasions i.e. the 15 and the 18 Aug I specifically asked for extra sauce but that was not done but they put the 'special request' sticker on my order.
