From bad to work

Good day
Muneer the Owner of Maponya Spur phoned me to apologise for the bad service we received on the 9 Aug13, we agreed that I will come again to Maponya and see if the service will change. On Sunday 18 Aug 13, I went there phone Muneer but his phone went to voice mail left a message for him to phone as I was at Maponya he did not. We ordered what we had on the 9 Aug 13 but the service was worse than the 9 Aug 13, My son ordered Sunnyside eggs they brought well done eggs, II said my steak should be well done it was medium raw. I looked for the lady that helped us could not find her then took the plate to the kitchen they apologised for it, they brought me a new plate then my son's chips had an eye lash or was it hair, I call Florence she said she is sorry and they brought him a new plate.By the time our food came II had lost my appetite and took the food as takeaway. I'm appalled by the service as instead of correcting the mess they did on the 9 Aug 13 they made it worse. I don't see going back to Maponya as always I never had a decent service even if I complain.
