False advertising or just incompentant workers, ths is my 2nd complain in space of a year, chicken licken Eloff street (jhb) waited fr hot wings fr 30min only to be told after asking they stl in the fryer of whch I ws glady offered my refund back no apology nothn, paul kruger n scheidling (pta) according to ur posters n menus if I buy 6 xl wings m entitled 2 sachets of hot sauces y ws I requested 2 pay fr thm n gvn grief after I demanded thm n told if a customer doesn't ask fr thm or dnt knw their free wt tht purchase thn they dnt offer (u hv tht on ur menu fr heaven sakes), park station (jhb) 2 times in a row hv I bought 6 xl wings n nt given the sachets, n 1 thng they all hv in common whn u tell thm abt ths the insist they put in which is a LIE!
Im currently in a email correspondence who chat with one pf their customer service consultant Jolene Daniels (who frankly im just been a nuisance to) who insist i need to have Date and time of purchase, Order number, Serial number, Product purchased: of which SHE did not request @ 1st in March bt suddenly they cant investigate without them am (like really) of which according to her me nt recieving part of my purchase is nt an example of bad service
