The cashier at the Beyer's Naude outlet on Sunday August 2013 was absolutely appalling in her customer service levels. I am from overseas and I know the KFC as an international chain will not operate under such a shoddy level of customer service. She was rude and sarcastic with us when we questioned if Streetwise meals came with a cool drink or not (she just had to say yes or no). And she also was talking to her colleague in the midst of us giving an order. To top it off, she then proceeds to scream and chat to a colleague who was in the dining area while we place our order. HOW CAN YOU ALLOW SUCH SHODDY and downright rude people to operate in your franchises. I am disgusted as i know the international standards will not tolerate like this. You really need to train your staff to be overall more pleasant. After all, if we didn't support your franchise, she would not have a job and inadvertently no income!!!
