PERSONAL CRISES RESOLVED

Good day,

My name is Vuyo Nikelo. I would like to thank the Manageress of KFC BISHOP LAVIS, LAUREN DANIELS. On the evening of Thursday, 15 August 2013 I boarded a wrong train from work to home. On my travel I realized the environment was not what I was used to. I got off immediately on the next station, Bishop Lavis. I followed the crowd out of the station until I reached A Shell petrol station looking for a public phone, but there was nothing available.
I even approached SAPS police vehicle that was patrolling in the area and they could not assist me.

I then went to KFC and asked for the manager. Fortunately she was available and was busy "hands-on" with her team assisting the customers. I told her my story and she said she will be with me in a moment. Moments later she came through and if I she offered gladly to contact someone on my behalf to pick me up at the location. She was even giving directions to the individual.

I appreciated that she would help me even if I did not purchase anything from her store. Thank you very much Lauren Daniels.
