Poor service

A few people in the office wanted to get take-away for lunch and decided on Ocean Basket. We placed an order by phone and one of the guys collected. When we opened the food back at the office, the order was incorrect and the portions very small, so much so that the women even complained. We phoned the shop and had the phone put down in our ears twice before we managed to speak to the person involved. Poor attitude and lack of interest to listen to our complaint was glaringly obvious and he showed no effort to rectify the situation. Client satisfaction clearly not a priority and the way a paying customer was treated nothing short of shocking. This is not the first time we have been disappointed by Ocean Basket. Unfortunately lunchtime was over and we couldn't return to the store to address this in person. I strongly advise anybody to reconsider ever getting take-away from Ocean Basked.
