Why is there not one single person using gloves when preparing the food?? it is very disgusting to see staff scratching their faces en rubbing off sweat and sticking their hands in the containers of meet, cheese and veg.
This is not acceptable, as a consumer I pay for the food, trusting it is handled properly and hygienically. An open kitchen gives the consumer a sense of trust, so stick to the Health Regulations and provide the staff with gloves.
