On Friday the 2nd August 2013 @ 19:59 i went to Debonairs Middelburg (wonderpark) i bought a Pizza (Tripple Decker chicken) and paid for it, i was served by Leyla Adam. they said it will take about 15 mins, so we decided to go buy drinks while we wait for the pizza. on our way to the liquor store we had a breakdown and the car couldnt start.by the time i caled Debonairs they were closed. so on sat i called them i spoke to the owner Phillip and he said its fine i can come collect the pizza on sunday the 4th August if i call them 30 mins before the collection. well, on sunday (which was yesterday) i called and spoke to the manager Dinah and she said she doesnt know anything as a manager she will follow up and will call me asap. she didnt call me then i had to call her back and was told she was on lucnh, so i decided to drive there from Pullenshope, on my way there i get a call from one of the waiters to call the manager back (instead of her calling me back). well i went inside the shop and all she could say was theres nothing she can do as she spoke to the owner the owner said we were supposed to come fetch it the day we called him. she didnt even appologised & i lost my money&the Pizza
