Complaint / review / scam report

I am very unhappy with the service my friends and I received from Mcdonalds(Woodlands) last night. First and foremost the employees did not have their name tags on/visible. Letta had hers underneath a jersey and Levy did not have his at all. This Mcdonalds has a 24hour drive thru. We went through and there was no greeting from the sales person all she said was "Are you paying with cash or card? " and we said card and said you have to walk in and buy from there. (No signs were put up that their speedpoint machine doesn't work) we went inside and Letta was helping us (still no greeting) and we asked for meals and she told us they don't have straws! I mean really??? so had to get burgers and chips while we were busy asking why is there no signs/notify us in advance that there do not have straws etc, Letta was busy counting change and not showing any interest. We then spoke to Levy and asked why was there no apology in terms of their bad service and he told us everyone is trained in their own way. Basically we must deal with it because its not their problem that the speedpoint doesn't work, and there's no straws too! We left the place without any apology from the staff! Very unhappy!
