WORST TREATMENT

was travelling on the N1 to Bloemfontein on the 25/07/2013, and decided to take a refreshing break on the Egen wimpy kronvaal. i ordered a bottomless coke zero. on the arrival of my drink i told the waitress to please reduce the amount of ice on the content as it was a hazard to my health. she told me, that is why its bottomless the fill the glass with ice first. i told her it was not my first bottomless ordered that ive order in wimpy, so can she call the manager of which i got the same response from her. i then asked if the was anything that they can do the answer was no, and i could leave if i want to. i then payed my drink and left the place, disgusted and angry. when i asked for their names they refused to give me their names. this was very disappointing for such a big franchise.
