Hello Guys. I trust that all is well. Last night on the 27/07/2013 @ exactly 18:50 I called in to your Woodstock branch to place my order. As far as I know your policy states that I will not wait for more than an hour. "I know if you order online it takes up to 45minutes". Anyway, at 19:45 i called in again and asked them about my order. I was given at attitude by one of your consultants which I really didn't appreciate as I have been a loyal customer for years. I then had to get myself something else to eat. At 20:05 your driver pitched up with my order, which I had to pay for. As per your policy states 'I would like a free pizza from you guys and an apology from the consultant that gave me an attitude. Hope to hear from you soon.
