Hello Guys. I trust that all is well. Last night on the 27/07/2013 @ exactly 18:50 I called in to your Woodstock branch to place my order. As far as I know your policy states that I will not wait for more than an hour. "I know if you order online it takes up to 45minutes". Anyway, at 19:45 i called in again and asked them about my order. I was given at attitude by one of your consultants which I really didn't appreciate as I have been a loyal customer for years. I then had to get myself something else to eat. At 20:05 your driver pitched up with my order, which I had to pay for. As per your policy states 'I would like a free pizza from you guys and an apology from the consultant that gave me an attitude. Hope to hear from you soon. P.S Management, you guys need to monitor the little things more as it has a major impact on your clientele. Regards, Rose
