We went to have supper with friends on Sunday 21 July 2013, and really were looking forward to the Prawn Feast, which we had enjoyed many times before.
After being told we could not have all sauces seperately (And paying extra was not the issue), we finally received our first plate of prawns.
At this stage we then realised that we were only getting one serving of rice/chips/salad (Whatever we had chosen) - there had never been a limit on this in the past.
On to the prawns - they wouldn't have been large enough for use in a shrimp cocktail. Naturally they were burnt, stuck to the shells and it was virtually impossible to peel them.
After we complaied to the manager, he apologised that he had run out of medium prawns and had to give us smaller ones (Smaller than medium??? Really??).
We ordered another bottle of wine, and after first being told that it was warm as it hadn't been in the fridge, we were then told they didn't have the stock and we took it as our que that they would rather have us leave.
Well, we now know where NOT to go for seafood.
Which is a pity because up until then we had only had great meals there.
