On 2 seperate occasions I have been left unsatisfied. The first was when I purchased pizzas from the Kenilworth branch and received burnt pizza's. I called to complain (Ashley) said she will tell Taureeq to call me I am still waiting. Then last night I purchased 2 Pizza's for R115.The one pizza I order was a medium pizza half "matador and half prawner" I opened the pizza, the half that was supposed to have prawns on literally had 5 prawns on it. So I complained. The assistants couldn't help so they called Taureeq. When I told him the story and that I understand they weigh their fillings I suggested using a smaller prawn so if you are only putting on 100gr it will fill the pizza compared to having 5 prawns staring you in the face. he said that he couldnt understand what I was saying. I said that if he was actually in his shop he would understand he said he doesnt need to be there coz everything is weighed and he knows what the end product looks like. Then he started screaming and shouting on the phone at me regarding the the prawns and I am ridiculous because I wanted more prawns (not unerstanding) then he went off about the fillet steak on the pizza. I asked for a refund and was refused
