They don't email menu's

HI can not get access from my phone to their menu on their site. It keeps on closing. I phoned. Twice. I was told very unpolitely that unfortunately they do not email menu's. I wanted to see if it was worth the frive to go stamd in a line for a burger and obviously what they have to offer. When I told him I will put complaint on Hello Peter he said ok then bye and put phone down in my ear. Word of mouth people. Bad service is spread much further than good service. And this will be spread. I want the owner of the franchise to contact me and steps taken against Haief (I found out his name now) I explained to him the site keeps closing and he told me then it is a problem on my side not his. I am SHOCKED that this is a manager. He knows nothing about customer service and KEPT interrupting me trying to talk over me. FIRST rule of customer service is LISTEN. Do not interupt. You only aggrivate a irritated customer more! I will never go there. And with 'managers' like that you not going to last long.
