I went into this branch after making telephonic arrangement to collect 27 kiddies meal spoke to Reshenee. He gave price for all and told me he will be off at 16h30 when I collect the orders but Eric will be the manager in charge. I arrived at 16h35 asked for Erica who was unfriendly I ask, I relate my reason for being there. He said he knew nothing and started screaming to staff to quickly prepare and had to wait 30min. Finally when paying the price was R136 asking him why he became igiatated and called Reshnee and I stood for another 15min which as I had an appointment with the children home we arranged with now had to plead for price. At that time the staff were making bad remarks and now laughing at this so called lady who does not pay. I paid the agreed price with Reshnee. leaving the toys bag tore I asked another paper bag no Eric told to be careful and never replaced the torn paper bag. He never gave me a receipt for all I bought and that was a sighn of more Unprofessional and I had to do submission to the board for the receipt and money spend on meals.
