Today I went for lunch at wimpy and received the worst service ever from a lady named blessing
She seated me and just walked away, after about 10 minutes I went to go ask the manager for service to which blessing returned to take my order, during this fiasco blessing found it neccesary to put on a performance for the whole restaurant to see to everyones utter embarrasment
The manager came and appologised to me for the terrible service to which I was very greatful.
Despite Blessings horrible performance I would like to commend the manager in charge for being professional and cordial and for apologizing on Blessings behalf
I think its unprofesional for a staff member to show such utter disrespect to their manager when being reprimanded for such bad service and Im offended that she would react that way, and act as if I didnt see exactly what she did, she was also very disrespectful to me when i asked to be seated in a booth she didnt even reply just walked me over to a booth and then walked away
Despite this I would like to thank the manager, if it wasnt for thei profesional conduct I would never return
