Went to carnival mall drive thru on Satuday. purchased a family pack and the "bowl". firstly when i received the 3 cooldrinks, the cups were all messed up (probably as i mentioned that i did not want ice, i assume ice was put in and then taken out and messed the cup and cover. had to ask for servittes to wipe up. get home, only to find the bowl opened, and everything else messed in the bag.
is this is how a customer is treated? we pay for our meals and expect to be treated as such. kfc should invest in training their staff on how to treat customers.
