I went through the liberty of ordering all my office mates food Via Mr delivery in Sandton. My food was delivered but not all what we had ordered was there.
this is on top of the fees they charge of R60 or more, for delivery and other fees they charge that they cannot explain.
When i called them back to say my order was not all there, I was told they will rectify it the following day as there is nothing they can do by now.
I said to them that My colleagues need to have supper and they told me there is nothing they can do.
i eventually spoke to a guy by the name of Sibusiso who has the most terrible attitude ever..
I am appalled by their service, If I am going to pay R60 for my food to be delivered, can they at-least make sure they deliver everything?
