We had the worst experience at KFC last week, the next morning I reported the whole thing on the KFC customer services site, I still haven't received ANY feedback. It is called customer services for a reason, to give service if there is a customer complaint. But looks like service is a HUGE problem at KFC through out, as there is NO service!
This is unacceptable, as this is NOT a petty complaint about a cold burger or anything. This is serious and I want feedback!!!
