Conflicting service levels

On Saturday as part of pre-fathers Day celebrations we had a late lunch at your Spur in Plumstead. We ordered some main meals and for an addtional R25 ordered the extra sides. I was disgusted to see the 4 little bones which was supposed to be two 200grams of pork spare ribs. I ordered this "side order" from Cavendish and the Newlands Spur before and what we received was almost laughable. The manager was called, who approached us with quite the attitude. He told me he personally weighs the portions and the 2 bones when weighed adds up to 200 grams. He mentioned that these are the "kiddies ribs" portions Plumstead Spur sells as side orders. He was too happy to advise if we not happy, we can leave the order. Needless to say, unfortunately my Dad and other guests were half way through their main meals. I was really disgusted, we have the Spur loyalty card and we dine out at Spur Blue Route, Cavendish and Newlands all the time but never been subjected to such bad attitude. This is not the first time we experienced such bad service at this spur, they can certainly take a leaf out of the Customer Serivce at the Spur in Cavendish. Really disgusted in Spur Plumstead.
