I phoned galitos in arcadia to place an order at 12:50 and then i was advised by Salonie that the order will be delivered within 20 minutes. i phoned again at 14:00 and i was advised that the order is on its way. And i phoned again at 15:00 of which i was told the delivery guy is still on his way he might have been lost. and i'm situated 5km's away from them. when i phoned again to cancel the order they said they can't cancel it as it is already on the way it will take another two minutes. this is highly unacceptable. i have to make some other arrengements and then i'm forced to pay for food i'm not even going to eat.
