I bought the Double Crammed-Crust Pizza (Order Number 200) at Debonairs Westgate Mall Mitchells Plain Cape Town on the 27th June for R84.90 when I got home the Pizza Dough was still Raw, I called the store and spoke to the manager (SHAUN GOCHE) and explained to him and he said he cannot send a driver because they too busy and I told him I'm not driving another R50 petrol now and my wife is busy making other food already for supper he said its fine I must come in tomorrow and he will replace the Pizza, when I got to the store the next day the 28th Fri evening, SHAUN GOCHE the MANAGER told me he is not allowed to do this but his going to make me a small Pizza I must hold, I asked him if his crazy (wanted to slap him with that small Pizza) he let me drive R50 petrol for a blady R19.90 Real Deal Pizza, so I told him I drove R50 petrol to come buy the pizza of R84.90 and another R50 to come fetch a pizza of R19.90 is he crazy that's a total of R184.90 I spent for a PIZZA WITH RAW DOUGH. Blady bad service I got from Debonairs Westgate Mall Mitchells Plain Cape Town. If nothing gets done WRT this I will expose Debonairs Westgate Mall Mitchells Plain Cape Town.
