Waited 37 Min for 10 AM Benedicts at the drive tru

Arrived at KFC Montana drive thru and ordered 10AM Benedict's, Paid and receive slip with time stamp - 07:12AM, only received the food at 07:49AM, I had to wait 37 min for the order.

I did complain but all that they say is sorry, sorry (Manager included)

this was the worst service I received from KFC Montana ever

if this is the serves that we can expect from KFC, I will rather go to McDonald's in the future
