I have now been three times at the "new" KFC in Sandown Road to order breakfasts, my order always consist of a AM Deluxe Burger and a Chicken Mayo Toasty. Well lets just say I wont be going back soon!
BElow is my list of issues :
1. Chicken Mayo filling is alwasy cold. Toasting cold filling on a bread does not heat it up. You dont need to be a brain surgeon to realise you are serving COLD Food.
2. Order Chicken mayo with white bread, get it delivered on brown
3. AM Delux burgers have a wait time according to the cashier of 5Min so why if I'm using the drive through must I get out of my car 15Min later and still find my order not done.
4. Ordering at the counter is not much better your staff has no clue where the items are on the till and kept ringing up the wrong item and then having to wait for the manager to void it.
5. The female manager on my last visit was rude and not very friendly, I'm the customer sweetheart get your attitude right!
I will make it my mission to tell all I know of this bad bad service and make sure I refer no one to this shop. KFC pull up your socks this is pathetic! Your service was great the first week of opening and now it is just
