BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I work at the Sandton Mall and I normally buy my lunch there.
So today I decided to take my hubby there as he is on leave. But I firstly placed an order over the phone n the lady assured me that my food will be ready when I get there.

I got to the restaurant and the food were not ready, I waited for 15 minutes to get my food yet I placed an order over the phone. The food finally came n the chicken was very dry like it has been left for two long, i have ordered two breasts mild, and we were given a breast and a thigh, The were no glasses for our juice and I had to go and ask for the glasses.

After we took our rolls I realised that the basket that our rolls was in, it was very dirty and it had tomato source that looked like had been left to dry out for days. I then asked for the manager and a gentle man by the name of Mckenzi came.i told him my story and he called the guy who had served us. the guy his name tag was written Agnes yet his name is Bongane. so that means that I could have complained about a wrong person bcs Bongane choose to someone use else's name.im really not happy about the service that I got and I was not satisfied on how manager handled the situation as well.
