After two hours of waiting for a delivery i call back to follow up and im told we forgot, sending driver now.half an hour later they don't even know whathappened. Bad attitude from portia, puts me on hold and starts chatn to another girl. Portia gave driver wrong address apparently but how does that happen when you have the details all on the system.isn't that the point of saying it back to customer to confirm details.definitely disappointed!!!
