I stay in Alberton where there are a few Spur's around me where I receive very good service from them no matter what time of the day I go there even when I am a little late for the breakfast. I went to Vaal Mall on Sat to visit one of my stores I finished my visit just after 11 I took my wife and son with and said ill stick them for a Spur breakfast. We got to the store at around 11:15 we asked for breakfast they said sorry you to late. I understand I was a little late, however they said no to R200. In today's time everyone is fighting for market share no matter who you are. So I did not get breakfast when we left I spoke to the manager and she did not even have anything to say. I guess that Spur makes so much money they do not need my business. This left a very sour taste in my mouth about Spur.
Just to let you know you actually upset my son not me and I cannot stand for that. "Word of mouth" most powerful form of advertising o and social media.
