I must say from a disappointing start off with service Grand Rapids certainly made amends and I would like to thank the owner for this, We had order 2 breakfast specials and coffee and for some reason the order got way laid, we chalked it down to being busy, after half and hour no coffee and no breakfast we asked if we had been forgotten, to cut a long story short we ended up having our breakfasts on the house, although adamant i was going to pay I was told no even though we had ordered a second cup of coffee. Thank guys your branch rocks and I love the friendliness.
