I went to the KFC at the crescent to buy the Oreo Crusher, I asked the cashier not put lots of Slush as it gets watery and weak if there is a lot of slush.
she did put less slush and a little bit of ice cream which made it half a cup, when i questioned her why is my Oreo Crusher not full, she answered me rudely saying "that's what you wanted " and she walked away.
I walked out the door fuming but then again i realised why should i pay for half a cup and something I'm not happy with.
Seconds later I came back to return the Oreo Crusher for a refund i stood there for about 10minutes with no assistance nobody bothered to even help " lack of customer service".
they were busy doing their own thing than to help me.
I was so angry and fuming i just left the Oreo Crusher on the counter and walked out without my refund or problem being resolved ..
i must say its not the first time i have received such a bad, stinking service from this branch.
I feel that the staff needs more training on customer service as they are lacking in this field.
i hope i get feedback in regards with this complaint.
