My boyfriend and I went to get something to eat at the KFC in Canal Walk, we proceeded to wait in the line until it was our turn to order, my boyfriend wanted the fully loaded box meal which comes with a piece of chicken.
He then asked nicely if he could change the piece of chicken from a drum stick to a breast, she looked at him with an "Are you stupid look" and pointed at the display menu above us. She then said "what you see is what you get so no."
We were shocked at her attitude and response, my boyfriend told her that the KFC in Bothasig allowed him to change it without any problem, she then replied: "Does this look like the KFC in Bothasig? "
I regret not getting her name or calling the manager at the time, I should have yet my boyfriend does not like causing a scene so we cancelled our order and got food elsewhere.
I regretfully say that I will not be using that branch of KFC again.
