Excuse for food

I have ordered a chicken wrap meal with peri wedges through Mr Delivery. But when i got the food it was ice cold!!! i dont know who was at fault here. Nando's or Mr delivery? But Nando's charge us R59.90 for a meal only to get 3 small chicken strips and a bucket full of garden salad in the wrap. Thats one big rip off!!! I did not enjoy this meal at all. Please fix this problem.
