We are loyal customers of Nando's Durban North and we often order from there. Last night we ordered a full chicken and large salad. After an hour and a half, the meal arrived.
The lettuce was SO brown, tomatoes were OVER ripe and we had to throw the salad away- which by the way, you charge R30 for!! (I took a photo and am more than happy to send t to you)
I am not impressed, if you can't even get a salad right, it makes me wonder about the quality of the chicken and other foods, maybe the chilli just covers it up?! I'm shocked that the kitchen staff can put that together and send it out to a customer- terrible!
We will be buying our weekly peri-peri chicken from another take away restaurant.
Perhaps more energy should go into your stores and quality of service, rather than your adverts!
