We went to he Romans, in hatfield for lunch. When one of us arrived first. The tv channel was on Saba 1. We asked for the volume and our waitress went to ask her manager if she could increase the volume because it was on silent. The manager then changed to the sports channel and said that that is actually where the channel is supposed to be. We then asked her why it was on sabc1 in the first place when we got there and she could not answer us. I could not understand because there was no one else in Romans. Went our waitress asked her to come to our table she refused, until one of us went to speak to her. She replied to say " I am not changing the channel if u guys want to go you can go!!! " I am not happy with Julia's level of customer service and she was down right rude!!!
