I had complained about uncooked oil filled chichen that my family n I were unable to eat recently at kfc acropolis mall in durban. All I got was a letter from yum resturants.
Does the store not have a manager that can call to apologise? Is there not anyone that can give me a reason as to y this happend?
Does kfc not care aout its reputation. Disgusting. The first thought that comes to mind now about kfc is uncooked oily chicken. Iv spoken to friends and I'm not the only one that had that experince. In durban
