WHY ALWAYS LATE?

Good day to you. I would like to know, why when the order is placed via the internet, it ALWAYS takes more than an hour / hour and and half before delivery is made.

Also when I am contacted to confirm the order, it is confirmed, but when delivery takes place it is also ALWAYS wrong.

Please advise me why so long to deliver and if there is a problem in communication at the store
