After lodging a complaint about POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and an ARROGANT MANAGER, over 10 days ago, I have not received a single response from this arrogant franchise, let alone an apology.
If this is the blatant disregard that you have for your customers then I trust that you will not survive long as a business. I also see that many other customer service complaints are NOT responded to on the "Hello Peter" site. This speaks volumes!!!
CUSTOMER IS KING!!! LEARN IT!!!
