Cockroach in food

I ordered a chicken burrito from Mochachos Centurion Mall and when I was halfway through eating it i noticed the remains of a cockroach- tiny legs and a body as well as some other parts. It was quite disgusting. I complained to management who refunded me my money but that is not the point. When I told the manager and when he told the employees in the kitchen two of the ladies began giggling to themselves. I find that attitude to be poor and reprehensible. I think there should be regular checks on the sanitation and cleanliness processes - inspections are recommended at this branch.
