My son and I are regular spur patrons. I enjoy trying a different spur each time. But Cresta really left much to be desired. I was very disappointed. Firstly, we arrive and place our orders. After which i go out for a smoke. Only to find, the smoking deck it closed off so i had to climb over a cover to get there. Then i come back to my table, and there are other people sitting there, with MY packets next to them. They refused to move and the waiters just looked at me like it was my fault. Already irritated, i found myself another seat. Then there was the long wait for our food.
I have never had such a bad experience at Spur. I will never go back to this branch.
