Saturday 04/04/13 I did an online order for pizza at approx 5:35pm, I received a message saying that the Newclare branch had received my order and it would be delivered at 6:10pm. At 6:35pm I called to query this and was put through to the manager, as the lady said my order would be there shortly. I had the unfortunate mishap of talking to the Thembisa, who couldn't help me, told me to hold on and asked the driver to talk to me. The driver himself was more than shocked at this and said he'd try to sort it out. Thembisa came back on line and said she get back to me. I called back again after 20mins to aask what was happening and all she could say was she didnt know, as she is just the manager and she knows nothing about this order!!! My order was eventually delivered by the driver who apologized for this and mentioned that theuy had not actually printed my order out and that is the reason for the late delivery. Now I ask with tears in my eyes, where the h3ll do you guys employ these kind of managers from, she didnt even bother to try and help and blamed everybody but herself as a manager!!! the drive has more people skills that the Thembisa!!!
