Spoke to nthati reviewing my policy and she explained thouroughly what services and benefits would be offered to me, i'd 90% of the stuff she told me was not explained to me when i initially took this cover, now i'm happy with what i have and its all thanks to her. I was actaully considering other offers when i called in for cancellation but i find myself sticking with miway, thanks her professionalism.
