My loan account went into arrears and i made arrangements with the creditors department and then fell behind and again in January i made arrangements stating that i will pay again in April R250 WHICH THEIR DEPARTMENT FAILED TO MAKE NOTES ON THE SYSTEM, NOW THEY DEBIT R3000 ONE TIME FROM MY SALARY ACCOUNT, HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO LIVE FOR THE REST OF THE MONTH NOW I AM HUMAN AND HAVE NEEDS THIS IS AGAINST CONSUMER RIGHTS AND THE MANAGER OF THE LOAN CREDITORS DEPARTMENT REFUSES TO EVEN LISTEN TO MY SITUATION, I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE HIGHER THAN HER TO RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINT AND I WANT MY MONEY REVERSED BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT, I WANT ANSWERS AND RESPONSE IMMEDIATELY!!!
