First National Bank
5 to 7 days means 26 days and counting

Fnb has been delaying the process of sending me the smart device for more than 25 days now, and every person i speak to tells me the same thing about 5 to 7 or 7 to 10 working days. Ive sent e-mails to fnb regarding business finance applications for a start-up busniness and not even a "GET LOST" response from them, i would have appreciated a get lost. I have more than 4 accounts with FNB, yet another institution replied to my email, even though im not their client they were able to assist me with business financial assistance and Guess what? It did not take them 5 to 7 working days. Im dissapointed in FNB, and will be seriously thinking of swithcing banks as i have recieved a big insurance contract and dont want FNB to be involved in any part of my business when they keep letting me down!
