Between the incompetent Hyundai Assist call centre agents and Liquid Capital I am rendered CARLESS today. I called them yesterday to assist me with a flat tyre... then I realised my spare was flat as well. The contracted towing company then took my car to their lot and it has been sitting there since yesterday. Hyundai assist wont pay for the towing because it wasn't a mechanical fault and Liquid Capital cannot figure out what to do. I have never experienced such disgusting service. It makes me want to change my car so that I never have to deal with EITHER them again. NONE of this would have happened if the Hyundai call center agent had transferred me to the correct person. This is despite me telling him I had tyre and rim cover. I cant not begin to explain how this inconveniences me right now. I am livid. This is completely unacceptable and should be illegal as far as I am concerned. This company must be SHUT DOWN.
