After my cell phone got i had such difficulty obtaining a itc number and case number from police in order to submit my claim to the insurance company, I thought if its this difficult already i can just imagine how difficult it was going to be to get claim approved and braced myself to be without a phone for weeks... and all this just days before my birthday! After i eventually submitted all docs i received THE BEST SERVICE from Quinton! he was so helpful and told me he will do everything he can so i can actually have a new phone in time for my birthday! Quinton phoned me early this morning and confirmed that he was able to source a new iphone5 and that i can collect same today!!! Best pre-birthday news ever!
