I have joined Legal Wise early March 2013 and my first payment went off at the end of the same month. I received an sms when my application was approved and I was also informed that due to the Post Office strike the delivery of my documents would be delayed. This info was highly appreciated and I waited a few weeks hoping that I would receive my policy at some stage. On 22/4/2013 I sent and email requesting an update on the matter. The email was forwarded by Connie to Linda at Customer Care. At this stage I have had no feedback whatsoever. I have also worked in a Customer Care environment and know that giving feedback to clients in a timely manner is crucial to your success. My concern is, after seeing all of these complaints on here, what will happen if I have a serious legal matter that needs to be resolved..?? Will this take even longer to sort out than finding out whether my contract papers have been sent yet or not? I am not an unreasonable person, but the time frame given for this i think has been more than adequate.
