Totally unacceptable. I see this has been an issue since last year and it's still not resolved. What is the point of earning Ebucks if you can't use them towards paying for items. And how can this issue take so long to fix?? I have items I want to purchase, and I was hoping to use a part payment only to find it's still not working.
