I am in Debt Counselling and owe Edgars Credit card which has been handed over to the mob above. They repeatedly call me (although they should be communicating with Octogen the Debt Counsellors) for proof of my Court document that I am a debt counsellee. This form has been sent to them on countless occasions in the form of an attachment in emails I have repeatedly sent to who ever nagged the last and I have no idea what happens to these emails as they continuously call every month and ask for the same thing again. Added to this it is always a girl on the end who gets my name wrong, and can barely speak english. When one points out that the email has been sent through dozens of times and tell them how to pronounce my name, they become rude and agressive. What a bunch of wallies. They have no idea what they are doing.
