Bean responded to the complaint stating that they have corrected the error of the 2 credits cards listed on my name at the credit bureau. They apologised for the inconvenience... inconvenience? Its due to that error too that I received 14 percent interest when I purchased a car whereas previously I was on 11 percent! Inconvenience? I have to pay for that inconvenience every month an error for which I was not responsible but bluebean and they think that an apology will suffice. It does not. Please help!
